That’s completely up to you. Most team members find a rhythm of serving twice a month, but we know life can be busy and unpredictable. Whether you’re available every week or just once a month, we’ll work with you to create a schedule that feels good for you and your family.

This can vary depending on the team you're part of. Welcome Team and Kids Team members will usually serve during two services and attend one. For teams like Worship and Production, it is typical to serve for all four services on your scheduled Sunday. But don’t worry, we know life happens and we’re always open to making adjustments so serving stays joyful and sustainable.

Absolutely. You’ll never be thrown in without support! Before you begin, you’ll be equipped with everything you need to feel ready. Our team leads and coaches are kind, patient, and here to walk alongside you as you get started. We’ll make sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Your children are absolutely welcome to stay checked into Citizen Kids for as long as you are serving. Whether you’re serving for one service or all morning, our amazing Kids Team will make sure your little ones are safe, loved, and fully engaged the entire time. You can serve knowing they’re in great hands, learning about Jesus and having fun with friends.
