Citizen Church’s Local and Global Ministry supports mission work beyond our church walls. Through both local and global initiatives, we invite you to explore opportunities to join our church family in making a meaningful impact in our community and around the world.

Our Child Well-Being Ministry exists to reflect God’s heart for children by bringing hope, healing and lasting impact to lives across our state. We serve children and families within the CYFD foster care system through compassionate and Christ-centered care.

Our Streets Ministry seeks to be the hands and feet of Jesus to Albuquerque’s unhoused populations. Through small-group gatherings, we extend compassion, provide essential care, and walk alongside individuals by connecting them to supportive resources.

Our Schools Ministry exists to bring a godly presence into local schools by creating Student Growth Centers and walking alongside students, educators, and administrators through encouragement and support.

We are committed to the physical and spiritual renewal of cities and nations. We are passionate about reaching people beyond the walls of Citizen Church and across borders.

mexico

MEXICO

We partner with Lightshine in Chihuahua City, Mexico. This organization is dedicated to providing support to the Tarahumara people residing in the underserved areas of the city. Our initiatives center on outreach through evangelism, discipleship, and fostering relationships to spread the Gospel.

Kenya is among the world’s most under-resourced regions, yet it holds great potential for growth and transformation. Our mission is to engage the Digo people by partnering with local missionaries and hosting medical clinics in remote communities. Through these efforts, we seek to extend compassionate, Christ-centered care while meeting essential physical and spiritual needs.

Our Partners in Northern Africa are spreading the gospel in predominantly Muslim controlled cities. Searching for opportunities to forge meaningful relationships through acts of kindness, dedicated service, and the gentle demonstration of Christ’s boundless love.

ecuador

Our missionary partners in Ecuador are focused on reaching the Shuar villages. There are 600 Shuar Villages that they are trying to impact through proclaimers, discipleship, church plant training, and rescue homes for young girls who have been abused or abandoned.
